The Hardest Part...

The hardest this for me was loosing my body. I'm not trying to brag or anything, but before i was pregnant I LOVED my body. Size zero,103 pounds, flat stomach and toned everywhere. Now that Ive had my son, i wont even look at myself in the mirror... it just makes me depressed to see myself. Size 2and 109 pounds, that's not bad but definitely NOT toned, and not a flat stomach.. Now i wont even wear shorts around the one person i trusted with my body for more that 3 years... bikini this summer? ya right. More like baggy t-shirts at the beach in my future... I'm 17, 17 years old and i cant even go to the beach in a bikini... I need to take action, i need to get my body, my selfasteem and my confidence back but most of all my happiness.

I completely agree and can relate. Everyone tells you you look good but its truly what you think of yourself. I modeled before I had Braiden and I know I will never be able to do that again. I dont know if you got lucky but I got stretch marks and people tell me they are "badges of honor" and I should be proud of them. Well I am not. It's hard but I am working hard right now to at least get toned. Good luck!

You know what though? It's also about getting older. I was your size (after baby) when I graduated high school and I'd love to be there again! lol. Now I'm 25 and 15lbs heavier than I was then. And I haven't had babies yet! Even though it's ok to miss your body, and awesome to work out to get toned, just remember that your little boy was way worth it! ;)

I'm the same way my son is 15 months old and my tummy looks like a road map I've heard p90x really works especially for after having kids :) I've seen great results and am thinking of doing it to feel better about myself.
